Request-for-Proposals

The grant is open to Singapore-registered businesses and organisations, whether in the public or private sector.  
  
It is targeted at companies testing new water technology by helping them to partially defray the costs of demonstrating the new technology.  
  
The grant prioritises projects that can help technology providers establish a strong track record, to expedite the commercialisation of their technologies or products.

There are two ways to apply for the grant. Firstly, the technology provider and adopter can submit a joint application. Alternatively, the technology provider or adopter can apply individually and may be conditionally awarded the grant before the appointment of the other party.

PUB launches Request-for-Proposals (RFPs) in specific areas and/or in the open category.

Proposals received from the RFP will be evaluated by CWR's Project Evaluation Panel (PEP), which comprises local and international members. Proposals are evaluated based on their technical merits and other evaluation criteria stipulated for award following closure of the RFP. 

CWR provides grants to support costs arising from the projects such as manpower, equipment investment, trainings and conferences.
