Yes, carpark is available at the Barrage. Please find parking charges as follows:
Visitors do not have to make any special arrangement with us, prior to using our public space at the Barrage for recreational activities (i.e. picnic, kite-flying). However, please note that availability of public space is on a first-come-first-serve basis. The general guidelines are appended below:

Marina Barrage has been gazetted as a Protected Area under the Air Navigation Act since March 2024. A permit from Singapore Police Force (SPF) is required if you intend to fly your Unmanned Aircraft within a Protected Area.
In addition, permit(s) from the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) may also be required. All UA operators are to comply strictly with the CAAS guidelines for the safe operation of a UA.
